How is Umai different from our current vendors?
We respect all existing vending commitments. Because we primarily use AI smart fridge coolers, we're able to stock fresh food and healthier, trend-aware snacks. We aren't replacing your existing vendor; we're upgrading an option that's already there.
Who restocks and maintains the machine?
We here at Umai handle everything; it's completely hands-off for you.
What if the machine breaks down or a customer/employee has an issue?

How much space do we need to provide?
Not much at all, especially with the micromart smart fridges. Size is 79.6 in high, 30.5 in wide, 36.7 in deep.
Can we choose what products are stocked?
Yes, we also play it by ear. Whatever makes customers happiest is what's most often featured.
Is there a contract, and can we cancel if we're not happy?
Yes, and yes. We guarantee you will not cancel anytime soon!
